Wiggle-Waggle Dance


Play some rhythmic music. Ask your child to warm up his body by wiggling every part. This can be done standing, sitting, or on the floor. After wiggling for a minute, ask your child to NOT wiggle a certain body part, such as the head. Continue to eliminate body parts until only the toes are wiggling. Repeat this activity, but this time start with one body part wiggling and gradually add all the other parts. Cool down.
