Grapes Costume
Follow these simple directions to create a Grapes costume.
Grapes Costume
Time: 30 minutes
Effort: Quick and easy no sewing required
Materials:
- Black or brown pants
- Black or brown shirt
- Purple or green balloons
- Safety pins
- Headband
- Tape
Instructions: Have your child wear black or brown clothing. Blow up all the balloons in the package. Pin them to your child's upper body, in a V or a grape configuration. Tape a few more balloons onto a headband.
Variation: A Bag of Grapes
Materials:
- Clear tie trash bag
- Balloons (purple, red, or green)
- Purple tights
- Green face paint
- Scissors
Instructions: Make two holes at the bottom of the trash bag for your child's legs, and two more on the sides for armholes. Blow up all the balloons, then put them in the bag and tie it around your child's neck (not too tight!). Paint your child's face green, like the stem. Have her wear purple tights.
