Gemma has over 13 years of experience as a scientific writer, reviewer, and editor in the UK, and has written a range of publications, from student workbooks for HarperCollins, to exam-style papers and other assessments for GCSE Chemistry. She's also written a range of science textbooks for Oxford University Press, Pearson, Collins, and Cambridge University Press. A former science teacher, she recently worked as Head of Development for Mastery Science. She's also been a research member and visiting academic in a Climate Change and Sustainability Education Project for The Open University.
