Stop, Breathe & Think Kids: Focus, Calm & Sleep

free educational apps for kids - Stop, Breathe & Think Kids

This app's name is a bit of a mouthful, but the program itself is a breeze. Kids give emotional check-ins to identify how they're feeling. Once they've identified their emotions, the game directs them to games that will leave them calm and relaxed and ready for bed. There are a wide variety of games, as well as simple meditations for kids ages 5-10 (and there's a grown-up version of the app as well for when the parents need a breather!)
