We all have big plans to make the school days start off right. Then the actual mornings come, and, well—we all know what happens. Luckily there are some shortcuts we can take to make up for the speed bumps that can’t be missed. Here’s what you can expect to happen most school days in your home, featuring our favorite funny mom, Kim Bongiorno of Let Me Start By Saying.

It seemed pretty simple on paper. One day my kids would be old enough to attend school, so we would just get up in the morning and do our thing as usual and get in the car and go, right? WRONG. These are the steps required in order to get from your kitchen into your car and off to school on time each day. Good luck!
