About John
John completed his Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology with a focus on Clinical and Community Mental Health in 1984. Since then, John has worked as a psychologist and has directed mental health programs, alongside conducting seminars in all US States and 30 countries. Dr. Arden’s study of neuropsychology has inspired him to integrate neuroscience and psychotherapy, and has led him to write 16 books (translated into 20 languages), the latest of which is titled, ‘Rewire Your Brain 2.0’. In 2016 John retired from Kaiser Permanente where he served as the Northern California Regional Director of Training, developing one of the largest mental health training programs in the US, coordinating postdoctoral psychology residencies in 20 different medical centers.
