About Heather 

Heather is the founder of Brave Heart Consulting, where she offers sleep consulting services and postpartum doula services. She has worked with over 150 families walking them through the sleep training process. Heather is also a Love and Logic Parenting Facilitator, as well as an admin of a 15K member mom group dedicated to teaching baby routines and healthy sleep habits.
