Magician Costume
Follow these simple directions to create a Magician costume.
Magician Costume
Time: 1 hour
Effort: Easy - no sewing required
Materials:
- Black top hat
- White shirt
- Black bow tie
- Black pants (male)
- Black skirt (female)
- White gloves
- Black cape
- Magic wand
- Deck of cards
- Stuffed white rabbit (like Beanie Baby, etc.)
Tips: You can get a black hat at any costume store, or make one out of construction paper. You can also roll up a piece of black construction paper the short way and tape it to make the wand.
Variation I: Put a slit in the top of the hat big enough for the rabbit to slide into, you want your rabbit to be peeking out of hat. Apply stars to cape (they can be stickers or paint, or even sidewalk chalk). If your child is having a Halloween party at school, maybe he or she could do a few simple tricks for the kids for entertainment at the party.
