Card Shark
Time
- 5 to 10 minutes
Materials
- Deck of playing cards
Directions
This will be a little messy and you might lose a few cards, but if you are willing to shuffle the deck and hand it over, curiosity will take care of the rest.
Extensions
- Shuffle the cards and deal them, saying, "One for me and one for you."
- Encourage your baby to give you some cards, being willing to return them if requested.
- Add a few shoe boxes and show your baby how to put cards into them.
- Put cards in your pockets and let your baby retrieve them.
