Dre Marie-Alexia Allard

Marie-Alexia Allard obtained her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Université de Montréal and completed postdoctoral studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal. A clinical psychologist and member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec since 2012, she specializes in fertility, perinatal care, and parenting. She consults for fertility clinics in the greater Montreal area and co-founded the Ensemble psychology clinic in 2016. Dr. Allard is also a supervisor at the Centre de Services Psychologiques and a lecturer at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where she teaches courses on the emotional development of toddlers, family psychology, and intervention with children and adolescents. 

She offers a wide range of psychological services to help people reduce stress and cope better with fertility treatments. She also offers support services to women and couples who are considering gamete donation. As part of her clinical practice, she also sees women and men experiencing perinatal bereavement, suffering from anxiety or depression during pregnancy and the postpartum period, or having difficulty adapting to the arrival of a child. She also sees toddlers and their parents.
