About Noreen

Noreen has 43+ years’ experience as a Clinical Social Worker, having graduated with honors from University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine with her medical degree in 1980. She is a member of The Academy of Certified Social Workers, and currently works as an Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio, counseling families, children, and adults. Having a particular interest in learning differences, (such as giftedness, ADHD, and Asperger’s Syndrome), Noreen has given public presentations on parenting and educational concerns, and has counseled in corrections and partial hospital/special education with children who have behavioral disorders.
