You will need: Material that you want to be head band spraypaint styrofoam balls (small) pipe cleaners wire fabric glue ribbon white shirt shimmery tights white shoes elastic

Instructions:
Spray paint the styrofoam balls a color and let dry overnight in a place that will be un-touched. Take material and cut it so it goes around your waist (with a little room) and so it goes to a little below your knees. Sew a hem that is large enough for the wire to go through. Also sew a hem around the waist for the elastic. Put the elastic through the top hem and cut it where needed. Sew the two ends of the skirt together leaveing a little hole for the wire to go through. Thread the needle through and sew up the hole. Glue the ribbon around the bottom of the skirt. Let dry. Now for the antennas. Wrap material around the head band so none of the headband is showing. Either glue or sew the material on. Take two pipe cleaners and wrap them about twice around the headband. Stick the spraypainted styrafoam balls on the end of the pipe cleaners. Wrap the pipecleaners more for sturdier antennas. Now gather a white shirt, tights, white shoes, and other accessories and you're done.
