Description of technique:
This is a place to go and a process to use for a "victim" to take a bully for respectful non-violent resolution. It really, really works! A victim finds his/her voice, and the bully gets to hear something which helps them to become more responsible. They connect and are no longer disconnected. School shooters are victims and not bullies - they just never found their voice with their bullies. If we systematically take care of nonphysical bullying - then it won't escalate to physical violence. It's all a form of violence - a low end, and a high end. The Peace Rug systematically takes care of this on a daily basis so that things don't escalate and relationships are made better. Go to www.peacerug.com for more information.
