Description of technique:
Just simply stand and stay as you are. If you change, you will become someone that you are not. A bully is someone who really isn't who or what they are claiming to be. So just allow them to vent what they need to, and if it doesn't work to your benefit then take a different approach, that approach would depend on the severty of the problem. But most important, just be you!
