Description of technique:
I have a son who was bullied for a while then for the sake of vengeance turned bully. It took a while, but with a little work with mums, we got one little trick.

If the school can't deal with it efficiently get your mum or you for that matter to the kid's mum and explain. If my kid kicks another for any reason, I get told by the teacher when I pick him up, but I don't just leave the school to deal with it, I go to the child with mine, usually I make sure the mother is there then I speak to the lot. Kids and mum. This way my son knows he won't get away with it, but also I get to speak positively with the kid about ways to get along with my hot tempered kid. It has cut incidents on both sides by half. The bullies, whether my kid is one or not, know that I am going to wait for their mum or dad and I am going to corner them all together in front of the entire school and after one or two times, I even get hellos from the worst offenders!!!
