Amy and Clarissa are little girls who love to draw pictures of Old Witch, a character featured in stories told by Amy's mother. When the girls decide Old Witch is too mean, they draw her a lonely house on a hill where she must stay, drawing a Little Witch Girl and a Weeny Witch Baby to keep her company.
