Description of safety strategy:
Require student body to recite a non-violence pledge as part of the daily school routine. Pledge would include statements such as: I will not bring a gun or knife to school, I will treat all of my fellow students as I would like to be treated with equal respect, I will act as a responsible member of the school community and will take responsibility for my actions etc.
