Description of safety strategy:
Each classroom teacher stands outside the room in the hall while students are coming in. This places adults in the halls with the students. Teachers greet the students as they come in. The teacher also stands outside the door at dismissal of class as well. Their presence can play a big part in problem deterrent. Sort of like a police car sitting along side the road deters speeding traffic.
