Description of technique:
What I have experienced is that most parents don't know their child is behaving in this manner. If you and your spouse talk to the parents, they can be enlightened of their child's behavior. And there are, of course, parents that don't care. With parents like that, tell them if it does not stop, the authorities will be called.
