Description of technique:
I was bullied all through school. My mother always told me to turn the other cheek. All that ever got me was another slap in the face! My suggestion is to ALWAYS stand up to the bully. Even if it is a group. Bullies are cowards. If you dish it back at them they usually back down. They are looking for easy targets. Kids who don't stand up for themselves will be re-victimized over and over and over. Other children who observe a bully picking on a weak kid will often times start picking on that kid too. If you stand up for yourself everyone knows that you aren't the "easy" target.
