Description of technique:
I was bullied as a child. I homeschool now. I have not seen bullying in the homeschooling community.

I believe that kids who have adults and older children as constant roll models and mentors have better social skills than those condemned to a classroom full of 30 age mates with one overworked adult to oversee the whole group.

Also, older kids act as roll models and friends to the younger ones, also increasing social skills.

Age group this technique is effective for:
Preschool and Younger
Elementary School
Middle School
High School & Beyond
