large plant basket
helium filled balloons
colorful ribbons
brown tights/sweatpants
small pillowcases
rope
poly fill
duct tape

Instructions:
Inflate 6 helium balloons and tie with colorful ribbons.

Remove bottom of large plant basket and attach suspenders to each side in order to wear over the shoulders.

Fill small pillowcases with poly fill and hang over the side, attached with rope.

Attach balloons to the inside of basket using duct tape.

Costume is very light weight.
