Red or pink long evening gown

Diamond (Rhinestone) jewelry

Copper hair rinse (available at Beautician supply stores, such as Sally Beauty Supply)

High heeled shoes

Long white or black fancy gloves

Bobby pins

Hairspray

Red lipstick, blush, and mascara

Instructions:
Rinse hair with the copper rinse, carefully following the directions on the bottle. (You should do this the day you are wearing the costume, because the color washes off in the shower). Let hair dry completely without using a blow dryer.

Put on the clothes and jewelry mentioned.

Pull hair back into a french twist-pull hair into a ponytail at nape of neck but do NOT secure with elastic. Next, twist the hair up carefully so you don't make bumps in the hair. Secure with bobby pins and spray with hairspray.

Put on the makeup, gloves, shoes, and carry a purse if you'd like.

Other information to consider:
It may get cold depending on the dress you wear, so you also may want to wear a cardigan, or something fancy like that.
