red turtleneck
red tights
red knit hat
large green trash bag with tie handle
newspaper for stuffing

Instructions:
Cut hole in bottom of bag large enough to slide over child/adult head, making sure draw string is at bottom.

Have someone stuff bag with wadded newspaper.

Lightly tighten drawstring till comfortable and yet holding newspaper in for stuffing.

Place red cap on head. Wear red tights and turtleneck. Paint shoes red or buy red shoes.
