black clothes
white yarn
thread
plastic spiders
safety pins

Instructions:
Wear the black clothes. Stretch the yarn out so it looks fat and old looking.
Safety pin it to your clothes and wrap some thread around yourself to make it look even more realistic. Apply some plastic spiders and you're set to go!
P.S. Making your hair look stringy and using the spiders in it makes you look even more goulish!

Other information to consider:
If you wear black clothes, you might want to get some glow in the dark puffy paint to apply to the cobwebs.
