Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
2 hula hoops
big piece of fabric (a light color)
pantyhose

Instructions:
Sew up the fabric to make a long cylinder. Then, at the top, sew a hula hoop into it. Do the same at the bottom. Then cut out the pantyhose foot, so it will fit over the child's head...sew that to the top also. On the fabric write 1 oz. all the way to 4 oz.
