New Large Plastic Trash bin with lid - cost less than $10
2 plastic handles.
Ragged clothes.

Instructions:
Cut out bottom of trash bin. Drill holes in lid and can so that lid can be attached to bin with string. Install cheap plastic handles to inside of bin, for child to easily manuver bin. Dress child as "BUM" with ragged clothes and soot on face. Let the child "HIDE" in trash bin... and jump out at non-suspecting guests and trick-or-treaters. You child will have a blast doing this!!!
