Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
**you'll need some help from a parent or friend!**
1. Thick white posterboard
2. Cloud material
3. white shoes
4. Blue hair streaks or dye, streaks are easier
5. make-up
a. white or blue lipstick
b. white or blue eyeshadow
c. GLITTER - A MUST
6. white gloves (not necessarily the long ones)
7. white sweater/sweatshirt or sweatsuit (it's usually cold)
8. imagination!!!
9.marker
10. scissors

Instructions:
Wrap the cloud material around your waist to make a skirt. Cut it at the length you want it to be and sew it up. Make sure to leave enough room for you to get in and out. Drape the rest of the marerial over your head and have a parent/friend draw a circle for your head. TAKE THE MATERIAL OFF YOUR HEAD! Cut where the circle is. Cut 2 holes on the side for your arms. Try this on to make sure it fits right with the sweater/sweatsuit on under it.
Now, for the fun part: Apply make up, load it on! Have fun with it! Save the streaking for last!
For the cloud itself:
Draw a cloud shape on the poster board and cut it out. Trace it onto the other piece and cut it out also. With extra cloud material, add the straps to go over your shoulders and under your arms.
Finally: Streak your hair or dye it. I suggest streaking it, it's just easier. Do this last so it won't rub on to your clothes when you put them on, and so it won't fade out.

Other information to consider:
To be an angel coming out of the cloud, just add a halo and wings!
