Instructions:
Dress in outfit and then decorate yourself with fake blood. A little white makeup on the face with blackened eyes makes for a real frightful doctor's visit. We tuffed my son's top for a bosom and he had a blast chasing his friends around the neighborhood as a psycho nurse!
