1. a big piece of sturdy white cardboard or posterboard that stretches from your shoulders to your shins

2. yarn or rope to loop behind your shoulders and hold up the posterboard

3. styrofoam balls

4. spray paint in pink, blue, and yellow, all flourescent

5. floursecent colored wig or hair spray (optional)

Instructions:
1. Spray a third of the styrofoam balls pink, a third blue, and a third yellow

2. cut them in half and glue them onto the posterboard so that it looks like candy buttons

3. Attach the yarn or rope so that it will loop around your shoulders and stay on

Other information to consider:
This is not an incredibly mobile costume so if you plan to do a lot of dancing and/or moving around, it won't work. Also a lot of older adults find this costume really funny.
