1) hip huggers/skirt (short)

2) tank top/tight fitting top (any color)

3) platform shoes

4) glitter

5) lip gloss

6) blush

7) any other makeup you might like

8) scrunchie

OPTIONAL:

-black contruction paper

-styrofoam ball

-silver paint

Instructions:
Get your outfit on.

Put glitter all over face, arms, legs and anywhere else.

Do hair however you would like.

OPTIONAL:

Roll black construction paper into a tube, tape.

Paint styrofoam ball silver.

Glue silver ball to black construction paper tube for a microphone.

Other information to consider:
If 13 or older, might want to consider making up dance moves to dance while trick-or-treating.
