one shirt plaid with pocket
one ball point pen pocket protector
various pens
mismatched pants, preferably high waters
white socks
dark shoes
thick glasses (can be found at novelty/gag stores)
eyeliner pencil (for freckles on cheeks)
and if it's for a girl, elastics for high positioned pony tails

Instructions:
This costume is easy and was a big hit. Mismatched clothes and a buttoned down shirt with a pocket are easily found. The pants should be short, and white ankle socks with black shoes add to the effect. The pocket protector with pens, thick glasses and pony tails pulled up high on the head complete the outfit. It's easy and most things can be located at home (outgrown clothes). The thick glasses are a must, they really pull everything together. Happy Halloween!
