Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
big piece of felt
several small felt squares
hot glue
ribbon

Instructions:
Cut a huge circle out of the felt. Cut a straight line to the center of circle. Cut a small circle in center for the neck. (Just cut it like a cape.)
Hot glue ribbon on either side of the slit.
Hot glue appropriate shapes of small felt all over "cape"
wear black underneath
use a headband with pipe cleaner antennae.
