Set of rotten teeth or something to blacken your own teeth

Dentist's/doctor's shirt
White tape or masking tape

Any type of casual pants and shoes
Black pen
Black or brown rimmed glasses (with or without lenses)

Instructions:
Use one piece of tape to write the name, Dr. Rot N. Teeth, DDS.
This will stick onto the dentist/doctor's shirt above breast pocket. Use another piece of tape on bridge of glasses to look nerdy. Insert teeth or blacken your own.

Other information to consider:
You can gel or hairspray your hair to stand out in all different directions, carry dental floss, tooth brush, tooth paste, etc. to complete the look.
