Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
-Cardboard Box with open top/bottom (box should cover from below arms to thighs)
-Blue Satin Material to cover box
-Metallic Blue & Gold Tissue
-Gold Glitter
-Elmer's Glue
-Stapler
-Old Pair of Tennis Shoes
-Thin Headband

Instructions:
Staple the blue satin material to the box - edges inside.

Draw fairly large stars & moons on the satin with glue. Drop glitter over glue and let dry. Be generous with the glitter.

When dry - shake off excess glitter.

Attach 2-3 sheets of gold tissue paper to each side of box for "shoulder straps". This holds up the costume.
Gather tissue paper so it's puffy and attach around the top of the box alternating between the gold & blue.

Decorate pieces of the tissue with the glue - then glitter.

Spread glue over tennis shoes and pour the glitter over - let dry - shake off excess glitter.

Attach puffed blue & gold metallic tissue paper to headband, covering fully so that it's puffy. Decorate the puffs with glitter.

Other information to consider:
Make sure all staples are stapled away from body.
