This costs absolutely zip!!!
1. bandanna
2. backpack
3. canteen
4. cargo pants or old blue jeans
5. old shirt, preferably in earth tones
6.walking stick
7.hiking boots
8.makeup

Instructions:
1. Dress in pants and shirt (clothes w/ a "woodsy" look, if possible).
2. Smear black and brown makeup to resemble dirt smears on face.
3. Tie bandanna around head, and maybe one to the walking stick.
4. Put on the canteen and pack.

Other information to consider:
Optional:
1. You can intertwine a twig, etc. in your hair to give the impression of a "serious hiker."

(You can find walking sticks almost anywhere outdoors, depending on where you live.)
