Green, strapless, inexpensive dress

Yellow hair spray if hair isn't blonde (optional)

Lime green ribbon

Fake pearl necklace

Elf or silver shoes

Pink blush

Pouch

Glitter

Instructions:
Cut green, strapless dress at the bottom to make it really short.

Put hair in bun and tie with lime green ribbon over elastic.

Spray hair with yellow hair spray.

Put on necklace.

Wear elf or silver shoes with dress.

Decorate self with a lot of blush.

Empty glitter into pouch.

Throw glitter every time you say "Trick or treat!" (optional)
