Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
White Top & pants (Sweat Suit works best)
White Balloons (6" maybe 9")
Shower Cap
Slippers
*Rubber Duckie
*Scrub Brush or those scrubby things

*Optional, but adds a nice touch to costume

Instructions:
Blow up balloons and attach to front of shirt and sleeves. If you want, you can put some on the pants and even on your slippers. I sewed them on, but you may want to try safety pinning them or hot gluing them on.
Leave a space on your shoulder for the Rubber Duckie. Attach with duct tape.
Carry scrub brush and/or loop the scrubby thing around your wrist.
Put on shower cap and slippers and you're all set for a wet and wild time!

Other information to consider:
To make a Treat or Treat Bag, take a towel, fold it in half and sew up sides. Use a ribbon for handle. You can not drive with this costume on!
