Quick and easy - no sewing required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
yarn for tail
headband
construction paper
eye liner
eye shadow
sweatpants, top, and a skirt (same color cat toy for necklace)

Instructions:
Put on pants, top and skirt.
Paste or tape pointy ears on the headband.
Braid tail with yarn to the desired thickness and tie off.
Cut hole in skirt for tail and fasten with it hanging out.
Paint face with makeup for costume effect.
For the finishing touch, take a cat toy jingle ball and hang it on your neck.
