A dress which can be any color.
Boa
Feathers
Fringes
Fish Net leggings

Instructions:
All you have to do is attach fringes to dress. You can either apply them to the bottom, but for a better costume put all over dress... Use a strechy head band and put a feather on it and you have a head piece.

Other information to consider:
Be creative and have a a lot of fun!! It is really cute and as sassy as you want it to be...
