Yellow shirt (short or long-sleeved)
brown or black pants
saddle shoes
brown eyeliner
brown felt
Fabric glue
scissors
Optional;
a stuffed black and white dog or football

Instructions:
Trace and cut a zigzag pattern on the brown felt. Attach to yellow shirt with fabric glue. To make saddle shoes from white sneakers, use brown felt and fabric glue. If your baby or toddler has hair, make a definite curl on his forehead and accent with a "curlicue" with eyeliner.
