Tweed or plaid sports coat
Thick black glasses
Dress pants
Black shoes
White stained dress shirt
Hair gel
Belt
Neck tie

Instructions:
1. Wet hair and place the gel in it. Slick your hair back or parted.

2. Put on the clothes and glasses. Leave the top shirt button undone and bring the tie under it.

Other information to consider:
Criticize people and say "livin' in a van down by the river" and "been divorced three times and living in a van down by the river!" Make hand and arm movements kind of jerky.
