1. a shirt that says Lifeguard
2. a whistle on a string
3. work-out pants
4. bathing suit
5. If you don't have a shirt that says Lifeguard on it, you'll need markers that write on clothes.

Instructions:
1. Put on a shirt that says Lifeguard on it. If you have a white shirt, write "lifeguard" on it and draw a red cross.
2. Put the whistle around your neck.
3. Put on a bathing suit and then your pants.
