Almost as easy - some sewing

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Black hooded sweatshirt
Black sweatpants
Red shorts
White pair of gloves
White cloth or felt
Black cloth or felt
Piece of cardboard
Black marker

Instructions:
Cut two half circles out of the cardboard. Then cut two half circles from the black cloth and sew the two pieces together with the cardboard in the middle of the black cloth. Sew them onto the hooded sweat shirt. Cut two medium sized circles from the white cloth and sew them onto the front of the red shorts. Draw the lines on the white gloves. Then just paint on the whiskers, nose, and v like marks on your child's forehead and both sides of their face with some black Halloween makeup. You're ready to go!
