Estimated time required to make this costume:
30 minutes

Difficulty level:
Quick and easy - no sewing required

Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
Hula Hoop
Lg needlepoint ring (plastic w/double rings)
various small farm animals
various small farm buildings
various small autos
cheesecloth (5 yrds of 54 width)

Instructions:
Ready your outfit as normal:
- pigtails/red shoes-white socks/blue-white skirt/white shirt/basket o'toto/freckles/etc.

Assemble the cheescloth around a hoola hoop using tape, the other end of cheescloth will insert into the needlepoint plastic ring. This will produce the tapered 'twister' effect.

Attach various animals/bldgs/autos to the cheesecloth with 'twist-ties'.

Say "Oh Toto- I wish we were back in Kansas" while holding
hoola hoop above head.

Use your imagination to attach
any other items you feel like-
witch/trees/etc.

Have FUN!

Other information to consider:
Make sure the needlepoint ring is large enough for you to walk comfortable!
