Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
yellow turtleneck
black electrical tape
black headband
black and yellow pipe cleaners
black nylons
craft wire (or coat hangers)
black thread and needle

Instructions:
use electrical tape to make stripes on yellow shirt

twist pipe cleaners on to head band to make antennae

form wings out of wire (or coat hangers) and cover with black nylons

stitch wings to back of shirt with a few loops of thread
