Items you will need: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
black or dark eye shadow
pale cover-up or white face paint
red or black lipstick
blood capsules
set of fangs (optional... he or she doesn't have to be "ready to feed")

Instructions:
Make face as white as ghost, apply eye makeup, put in fangs if you want, apply lipstick and then to top it off, break a blood capsule and let it run down the sides of the mouth. (This makes it look like they just "fed", so the need of fangs isn't necessary. Hmmm... money saver, isn't it?)
