White collered shirt
White belled pants (like Gilligan)
White sailor hat, or red bandana
Black fabric paint
Glass bottle in a paper bag (alcoholic)
Accessories such as: Clip on hoop earings, parrot for your shoulder, pipe, anchor tattoo, sword, singing voice.

Instructions:
Paint black horizontal stripes on shirt, put on clothes, and accessories,black out some teeth, sing sailor songs, and talk about merpeeps, and say, "I knew there was something not fishy about you!"

Other information to consider:
Best if used by someone who likes to act like a maniac (not a kleptomaniac, might I add).
