Red rapper type cap
Blue jean overalls
Red T-shirt
Brown shoes
White paint pen
White gloves

Instructions:
Take red cap and white pen and make an "M" with a circle around it so that the circle is white and the "M" is red. Put on clothes and shoes.

Other information to consider:
You might wanna have somebody paint the person's face with his eyes closed so that his eyes look like Mario and so they have a mustache.
