Yellow piece of fabric, an old, yellow shirt, or an old yellow sheet for stars and moons

A blue witch's hat or a witch hat painted blue

Instructions:
First, you have to gather the supplies.

Next, you have to trace or draw stars and moons on the yellow fabric.

Then you have to cut out the stars and moons and use the fabric glue to glue them on to the blue shirt and the blue witch's hat.

Ater that, try it on and see how it looks and make corrections if needed.
